Real results from real businesses

Review counts and ratings on these pages are read from the businesses' own Google Business Profiles when the page loads — nothing is typed into the page. Where a business isn't connected to ReviewsLift, we say so and show only figures a human checked on their public Google listing, with the date.

Reviews are what get a business seen and chosen. When a local search puts three businesses side by side, the star rating and the review count are the most prominent trust signal on the screen — they're what a customer compares before they've read a word about any of the options. We don't promise a search position, and nothing here should be read as one. Google's local ranking documentation lists review count and review score as part of prominence, one of three factors alongside relevance and distance — and in practice proximity and relevance do a great deal of the work. Reviews are the part a business can actually influence.
