Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ReviewsLift AI ("ReviewsLift", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
1. The service
ReviewsLift sends review request SMS and email messages to your customers, tracks link clicks and delivery, monitors your Google Business Profile reviews, and generates AI-suggested replies that you can review, edit, approve, and publish. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce a paid feature during your current billing period without notice.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use ReviewsLift for a legitimate business.
3. Your messaging compliance obligations
You are solely responsible for the legality of the contacts you upload and the messages we send at your direction. By using ReviewsLift you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained prior express consent from every person you contact, as required by the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and any applicable state or local law.
- Every contact you upload is an actual customer of your business with a genuine prior relationship.
- You will not purchase, rent, scrape, or otherwise acquire contact lists from third parties.
- You will honor opt-out requests received through any channel and will not attempt to circumvent the suppression list.
- You maintain your own records of consent and will produce them on request.
- Your registered 10DLC brand and campaign information is accurate and kept current.
We provide automatic STOP/START/HELP handling, one-click email unsubscribe, a permanent suppression list, and a 30-day per-customer cooldown, but these tools do not transfer your legal responsibility to us.
4. Review integrity
ReviewsLift sends the same review request to every eligible customer. You may not use the service to filter, gate, screen, or suppress review requests based on a predicted or expressed sentiment, to incentivize positive reviews, to solicit fake reviews, or to otherwise violate Google's prohibited and restricted content policies or the FTC's rules on consumer reviews and testimonials. Accounts used for review gating or fake review generation will be terminated.
5. AI-generated content
Suggested review replies are generated by automated models and may contain errors. You remain responsible for anything published to your Google Business Profile, including replies published automatically under rules you enable. Review your automation settings and drafts before relying on them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewsLift to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited commercial messages; to transmit malware; to reverse engineer or resell the service; to exceed rate limits or circumvent usage metering; or to interfere with the service's operation or security.
7. Fees, trials, and SMS credits
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Free trials require a valid payment method and convert automatically to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before it ends. Email review requests are unlimited on every paid plan. Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance; there is no metered overage billing. If you need more SMS than your plan includes, you may purchase prepaid SMS credit packs, which are charged at the time of purchase and roll over between billing periods. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Third-party services
ReviewsLift integrates with Google, Square, Telnyx, Resend, Stripe, and other providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policy changes. Your use of Google Business Profile features must comply with Google's terms and content policies.
9. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your customer data and review content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you or your customers to improve the product.
10. Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on carriers, mailbox providers, and third-party APIs outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any specific message will be delivered or that any review will be generated.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, suspected compliance violations, carrier or provider complaints, abuse, or legal risk. You may terminate at any time from your billing settings. On termination we stop sending messages and delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular increase in reviews, ratings, or search ranking.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewsLift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless ReviewsLift and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, penalty, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your messages, your contact lists, your consent practices, your published review replies, or your breach of these terms — including any TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or state consumer protection claim.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions can be sent to support@reviewslift.ai.
